Leeds City Elopement | Emily & Muzzy
Some weddings are grand. Some are wild. And some like Emily & Muzzy’s city elopement in Leeds, are effortlessly stylish, intimate, and unforgettable. Emily and Muzzy ditched the traditional big-day script in favour of something far more personal: a city elopement that felt true to them, with just the two of them, a killer outfit combo, and their beloved French bulldog trotting along by their side. It was Leeds at its finest — cool, urban, a little rebellious, and totally full of heart. Leeds in autumn sets the perfect scene: golden leaves underfoot, city streets and a low amber light that turns everyday corners into something cinematic.
Summer Garden Wedding in Yorkshire | Vineyard Wedding Photography | Kat & Jim
If you're dreaming of a relaxed, elegant outdoor wedding in the English countryside, Kat & Jim’s vineyard celebration in Yorkshire is full of timeless inspiration. From their ceremony at a village church to garden drinks at Kat’s childhood home and golden-hour portraits among the orchards & vines, this wedding was full of love, light, and personal touches.
As a Yorkshire wedding photographer, these are the kinds of days I love to document — heartfelt, naturally beautiful, and deeply rooted in place.
Yorkshire Dales Wedding | Pub Wedding Venue | Flora & Luke
As one of my favourite local Yorkshire weddings that I’ve photographed, Flora & Luke were married in late January 2020 at St Oswalds Church, Thornton Steward, Wensleydale. The said their wedding vows in the cutest church in the Yorkshire Dales with stunning country views at the end of a muddy lane & with Flora booking my wedding photography services late on in 2019, I was super excited for their rural wedding with so many beautiful touches to capture in their wedding photography.
Middleton Lodge Wedding |The Fig House & Walled Garden | Wedding Venue North Yorkshire
The Fig House at Middleton Lodge is the most breath-taking North Yorkshire venue, with the restored Middleton Lodge Walled Gardens surrounding the private wedding venue, complete with sandstone terrace, kitchen garden, wildflower planting and the luxurious fig plants within the orangery style Fig House wedding venue itself. If you’re thinking about a Middleton Lodge wedding, and looking for a relaxed North Yorkshire wedding photographer, then look no further!
Country Farm Marquee Wedding | North Yorkshire | Tom & Kate
Tom & Kate were married at St Boltoph’s Church, Carlton, North Yorkshire, followed by a farm style country marquee wedding reception in September 2019. As a professional wedding photographer based in Yorkshire, it was an honour to capture their photos of this beautiful example of a rural wedding setting. DIY personality unique to the couple was used within the marquee – perfect to capture all of those detail wedding photos - with haybales for drinks tables, a tractor wheel as the seating plan, and farmers market slips for place name settings.
North Yorkshire Engagement Photography | Crathorne Hall | Jacob & Suzie
It’s been so great to be back at photographing couples for engagement shoots and intimate weddings after the crazy year of 2020 and in late May, I finally met up with Jacob & Suzie, who have had to postpone their wedding date twice due to the Covid pandemic. They plan to get married at North Yorkshire wedding venue, Crathorne Hall for their July wedding. After an unusually wet May we were treated with sunshine and a warm afternoon for their engagement photography shoot at their wedding venue in Yarm, North Yorkshire.
Hardcastle Crags Engagement Photography | Rebecca & David
I met up with Rebecca & David at Hardcastle Crags, Hebden Bridge, for their engagement shoot in July ahead of their September wedding. Here’s a selection of their Hardcastle Crags Engagement photography. An engagement shoot (or it can be called a pre-wedding shoot or couples shoot!) is a great opportunity in front of the camera if you’re shy or not used to the feeling of being photographed. It’s a relaxed session, so there’s no need to be nervous as we’ll be having fun in no time!
Yorkshire Sculpture Park Engagement Shoot | Helen & Paul
I recently met up with Helen & Paul at Yorkshire Sculpture Park for their engagement shoot ahead of their wedding in July. They wanted a countryside setting for their engagement photography as a contrast to their city wedding photos at Stockport Town Hall & Seven Brother Brewery. Yorkshire Sculpture Park delivered with so many photo opportunities mixed in between the sculptures, lake & woodland!
