The Process
Secure Your Booking
The online booking process will take you through a quick booking form, how to make your non-refundable booking fee, and how to sign your contract to secure your shoot with me. The final balance is due the week before your first shoot is scheduled.

All the Details
Ahead of the first scheduled shoot, we’ll chat several times and plan all the details together. I’ll make suggestions for locations, what outfits might work and put together concept boards so we’re aligning our thinking and I’m getting inside your brain!

Your Shoot
With our pre-planning, you'll know what’s happening, who’s bringing what, and hopefully you'll be feeling relaxed and excited for the shoot ahead! We can bounce ideas off one another and really get creative as the day goes on.

The Gallery
Your gallery of fully edited images is available within 3 weeks of your shoot date. If you need to book in any additional shoots as part of your package then we can do at this point if not before.

I use Sony A7iii mirrorless cameras –which offer benefits such as quieter shutter clicks & are very light-weight. I use mainly use prime lenses which have a fixed focal length. As my style is natural & candid, this serves well to tell the story as it’s seen. I use flash when required but find it can be quite distracting for guests so keep it to a minimum. I shoot on 2 memory cards simultaneously to reduce the risk of losing any images by card errors. I have multiple back ups of everything. I always shoot on 2 camera bodies and have several lenses.

Everyone says this, don’t worry. We’re all our own worst critics! I’m a great behind the camera but shy & awkward in front of it! So I feel your pain. For most people, this is the first time you’ve been in front of a camera , for a sustained period of time. I will be guided by how you feel on the day and by what you’ve already told me about how you want your imagery to look on how the shoot goes. I do promise to make you feel at ease and looked after, as well as fabulous though!

I only cover branding photography in the North of England, mainly in Yorkshire and the surrounding area. I have a young family and want to be able to enjoy family time outside of my business, whilst also providing an excellent service to my clients - this means I’m able to do that by keeping my business local. I love travel and have spent many years living out of suitcases but for the next few years Yorkshire has my heart.

I might already know you from the wedding industry or not, but we’ll have several chats beforehand to really align our thinking ahead of your shoot. If you live nearby, then I’d love to meet up. Otherwise, we can have a Zoom calls or phone calls, whatever you feel comfortable with.

Your online gallery will be live within 3 weeks of your shoot date, unless a specific date has been previously agreed. From here you can download them all for your content marketing.
