1. Middleton Lodge

Middleton Lodge, as pictured below, is a Georgian country estates nestled in the North Yorkshire Countryside. It is elegance at its finest!! Middleton Lodge has two individual wedding venues located on its grounds. Choose from the 18th century Main House, full of its original Georgian grandeur or just a five minute walk away is the wonderfully romantic Fig House, with views across the restored Walled Garden. With a modern, light filled interior, you feel surrounded by nature in the surrounding gardens, with sunlight dancing on the walls. 2. Thicket Priory

Thicket Priory near York, is the perfect choice if you’d like a more traditional setting for your wedding - a Grade II-listed Victorian country house that has been restored from its time as a convent, There are 35 en-suite bedrooms, allowing around 72 guests to stay on site which is perfect to make a weekend of the celebrations with your friends and family. The Ballroom can seat about 160 people for the wedding breakfast & for more intimate affairs there are smaller rooms available. Ceremony locations are varied, including it’s very own indoor chapel, the Morning Room, or the outdoor bandstand. A blend of historic grandeur + modern luxury with interiors that are elegant yet warm — high ceilings, authentic architectural features, period charm with modern comforts.

3. Wharfedale Grange

Once a derelict manor, it was restored to the tune of £5.5 million and opened as an eleven-bedroom boutique hotel, restaurant and exclusive wedding venue in 2018.

Walk through the grand stone frontage and you’ll find dramatic interiors in The Coach House with high ceilings, a trendy bar, opulent details and beautiful woodwork, balanced by moody, atmospheric spaces like the Lindley Cellars and the Lantern Room.
